Stingray Encounter

Guests must be at least 48” tall to participate in a Stingray Encounter or stand in the feeding area. Guests under 14 years old must have a chaperone present at the touch pool. Chaperones are only permitted in the feeding area if they purchased a Stingray Encounter ticket.

*Aquarium Admission is also required with a Feed the Stingrays ticket.

An up close experience feeding our stingrays with our Husbandry staff. This encounter lasts around 20 minutes and each guest gets about four opportunities to feed a stingray.

Penguin Encounter

Meeting our Gentoo penguins up close is truly a unique and fun adventure. The entire Penguin Encounter lasts approximately 50 minutes, allowing you plenty of time with our penguins, getting to know their individual personalities.

Each Penguin Encounter admission is valid for one person. You may be joined by other people from outside of your party during the experience. All guests, including children, must have a Penguin Encounter ticket. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Children ages 5 and under are required to sit an on adult’s lap. Close-toed shoes required.

*The Penguin Encounter is an add-on experience. Aquarium Admission is not included and must be purchased separately.
